Tour Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Coastal Disco tours and events. By booking a ticket, you agree to the following:

  1. Bookings & Tickets

  • All bookings must be made online through our official website or approved ticketing partner Humanitix

  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from Coastal Disco.

  • Please bring proof of purchase (digital or printed) to check in.

  • Ages of attendees must be provided at the time of booking.

  1. Age Policy

  • All participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Guests aged 16–17 may attend with a signed parental/guardian consent form.

  • Children under 16 cannot attend unless directly supervised by their parent/guardian.

  • Coastal Disco reserves the right to request ID at check-in.

  1. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Customer cancellations:

    • More than 7 days before the event: full refund.

    • 2–7 days before the event: 50% refund.

    • Less than 48 hours before the event: no refund.

  • No-shows: No refunds are given.

  • All tours run on time – if you are not at the confirmed meeting point due to the commencement of the tour we will start without you.

  • Event cancellations by Coastal Disco:

    • If we cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

  1. Weather Policy

  • Tours do not run in rainy or severe weather conditions.

  • In the case of extreme or unsafe weather (e.g. severe storms, dangerous winds, lightning), Coastal Disco reserves the right to cancel or reschedule.

  • Decisions will be communicated via email and/or text message as soon as possible or via our ticketing platform/social media channels.

  1. Safety & Conduct

  • Participants must follow all instructions from Coastal Disco staff at all times.

  • Headsets and equipment must be handled with care and returned at the end of the event.

  • Any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment may incur replacement fees.

  • Coastal Disco reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

  • Alcohol or illegal substances are not permitted during the tours, you must not arrive to the tour in a drunken state.

  1. Health & Responsibility

  • By attending, you acknowledge that participation involves walking/dancing outdoors and accept responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.

  • Our tour routes are wheelchair accessible and do not involve any stairs.

  • Coastal Disco is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage unless directly caused by proven negligence.

  1. Photography & Media

  • Coastal Disco events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

  • By attending, you consent to being included in such media, unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

  1. Contractors & Third Parties

  • Coastal Disco may work with contracted guides, facilitators, or artists. All contractors operate under the policies of Coastal Disco and are covered under our insurance.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
